On the first of May 2018 the first conerstone of the new Mount Rosary Hospital was layed. At current time the construction of the building is in full swing. In this Article you can see the advancement and progression of the Project troughout time.
One can see the efforts of the hardworking labourers at first glance. Tons of gravel and earth have been moved to establish the fundament of the building and the concrete structures for the pillars that will carry the building are now solid. The metal structure for the pillars give us a glimpse of how the new Hospital will look like. It will cover the huge area in the courtyard of the present hospital and even one wing of the building. So the workers currently destroy this small house to make space for the new.
We have found new funding sources in Germany. The "Friends of Mount Rorsary" from Tonsiberg and the parish of Bodnegg in the south of Germany have granted us generous financial support throughout the construction process. If you wish to help us, too you are invited to send us a donation to the following bank account. Mount Rosary appreciates every Rupee that goes into the project. No matter from whom it is coming. Likewise, everyone in the community of Moodbidri Hobli will profit from the new, modern hospital building of Mount Rosary.
